We have two different opportunities for you to take advantage of.
What’s The Mission?: We will help you create a new Mission Statement and set of Core Values or evaluate your current Mission Statement and set of Core Values. In addition, we will work with you to introduce your Mission Statement and set of Core Values to your organization.
Deliverable: Whether creating a new or evaluating an existing Mission Statement and set of Core Values we will work closely with the leadership team through a process of discovery. At the conclusion of this process you will have a Mission Statement and set of Core Values that embodies the purpose of the organization. This includes a customized presentation/seminar to the entire organization to introduce the Mission Statement and set of Core Values. Team members walk away energized about the direction and purpose of the organization.

Living The Mission: With this level we will craft your Mission Statement and set of Core Values, introduce them to your entire organization, and then work with you to create a long-term plan to Live the Mission.
Deliverable: We will help your organization use its Mission Statement and set of Core Values in 5 key areas: Goal Setting, Recruitment and Training, Accountability, Measurement, and Recognition. There will be a written plan on how to excel in these 5 areas. This also includes coaching seminars with key management team members to help with this process.
